Moulage Team Training

Moulage refers to applying mock pathologies to a person or mannequin. Moulage is utilized for mass casualty exercises to enhance the simulated reality of an event by using special effects makeup make realistic victims.   This session will focus on techniques that enhance injuries to provide richer training experience for participants.

This course is for anyone interested in learning more about moulage and for those who are already proficient and could bring their skills to improve our current presentation. The session will include demonstration and hands-on learning opportunities. Techniques discussed will include replicating superficial wounds using makeup and stage blood and wound prosthesis application. Instructors will review moulage materials used and creating your own kit.  This is a hands-on course, so come prepared to get messy.
